Acquaintance
and measurement

After completion, the project is transferred to implementation. Architectural supervision allows the customer to significantly save time and money. The designer's control minimizes the risks of non-compliance of the work with the declared project.

Conclusion of a contract

We work only under a formal agreement. After agreeing and signing the contract, you make an advance payment of 50%. You pay the rest of the amount upon completion of the work.

Technical task

When drawing up the technical specification, we determine your desires and needs, we negotiate every corner of the future space. This allows us to make our cooperation as effective as possible.

Planning and 3D
visualization

The first step is to approve the layout. Next, we visualize the interior of each room, discuss, make edits. At this stage, finishing materials, furniture, colors and textures are agreed.

After meeting you, we go to measure the object. If the work is remote, you send us the developer's plan with dimensions, photos of all premises, the location of communications.

Working project

After agreeing on the visualizations, we develop all the drawings for the implementation of the project, we work out the specifications of finishing materials, furniture, equipment for assembly.
